Sport and General Photo. MISHAP TO FLYING-BOAT. —The Imperial Airways flying-boat Centurion crashed into the Hooghly River when alighting at the Willingdon bridge mooring on June 12. The passengers were saved, but nearly all the mails went down with the machine. One of the four engines was salvaged the next day, but he hull, when raised to the surface, broke the chains and sank again. The picture shows the tail of the Centurian as it dived into the river a second time.
