FOOTBALLER SUCCUMBS
DEATH AFTER FORTNIGHT (Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, this day. Robert Gordon Webb, who suffered an injury while playing football on June 24, died :>n the Christchurch Hospital early yesterday morning. Itfr. Webb was treated a : t the hospital and was sent home. Later he leturned and was admitted. Mr. Webb was a telegraph engineer, aged 22 years. His parents live at Devonport, Auckland.
