STATUS OF DANZIG POLISH CASE DEFINED (Reed. July 8,2 p.m.) WARSAW, July 8. The Government spokesman, summing up the Polish attitude towards the Free City, said: “Danzig, first of all, must remain a separate entity outside (he Reich frontiers. Secondly, it must remain inside the Polish customs area. Thirdly, Poland’s rights in Danzig must not be at the mercy of any foreign Power. Fourthly, Danzig’s 'population must continue to enjoy full cultural rights. ’
