FRENCH WAR PLANES
R ARID CONSTRUCTION (Reed. July 5, 2.20 p.m.) PARIS, July 4. War planes are now being' turned out from the French factories at the rate of two every hour, states Generic! Vuillemin, the bead of the French Army Air Force. On July 14, 1500 bombers and fighters are to fly over the city.
