Stated by the police to be an idle and disorderly person in that he had insufficient lawful means of support, Basil Charles Morgan, aged 24, appeared before Mr. W. M. Jenkins, J.P., in the Police Court this morning. On the application of Senior-Sergeant J. F. H. Macnamara, Morgan was remanded to appear next Monday.
