CRIMINAL JUSTICE BILL (British Official Wireless.) Reed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, July 5. It is assumed in Parliamentary circles that, in view of the congestion of business in the House of Commons, it will not be possible to make further progress before the summer adjournment, early in August, with the Criminal Justice Bill, a major penalreform measure introduced early in the session by Sir Samuel 1-loare.
