THE FIRST PARTY OF SKILLED TRADESMEN FROM ENGLAND brought out under arrangement by the New Zealand Government arrived at Wellington by the Rangitiki last week. There were 59 men in the party, and they were met by the Minister of Housing, the Hon. H. T. Armstrong, who is seen in front of the group.
