A,n energetic committee of Puha spinsters is organising a ball to be held on Tuesday, July 11. Mrs Thomson's orchestra has been engaged and’ intending patrons arc asured of a great night’s entertainment. Grey’s free bus will run from Whatai.utu and a Red Bus free from, Gisborne, Invitations must be presented t.o the driver of (lie Red by bachelors who wish to make the journey to the ball that way.
