ROLLER-SKATE WEDDING PUBLICITY RESENTED (Reed. July 1, 2.15 p.m.) HOLLYWOOD, June 30. The Rev. Mr. Jardinc, who married the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, and yesterday announced, an official wedding at which the principals and himself would be on roller-skates, withdrew from the ceremony when he learned that the couple were planning lo do a wedding march on skates while movie cameras filmed the performance. Mr. Jardinc said that when he consented to marry the couple, “I believed it to be a love match. Then I learned that the ceremony was to be on roller skates, with motion pictures and the attendant publicity."
