RECORD COMMISSIONS LARGE CUTLERY ORDER (British Ottiiiai Wiffless.) Refed. 9 a.m. RUGBY, July 1. In June '2500 territorial army commissions were gazetted, compared with 1286 ki May. Yesterday’s London gazette contained 537 notices, Which is a record since the war. Expansion of the army has necessitated placing ! by the War Office of an order for table cutlery to the value of £40,000, a large order even for Sheffield.
