[PER PRESS ASSOCIATION. —COPYRIGHT.] Received this day at 8 34 a.m. Capetown, Jan 28. A. Wolmarans and A. D. Fisher, Boer delegates who visited Europe are to be permitted to return to South Africa. Mr and Mrs Chamberlain had a great welcome at Mafeking, Sir H. Hutchison the Governor of Cape Colony, Sir A. Lawley and General Baden Powell participate The Mashona native's band travelled 800 miles to join in the welcome.
