THE VENEZUELAN TROUBLE.
(PEE PSES3 ASSOCIATION — COPYRIGHT.) Berlin, Jan. 27. It is officially announced at Berlin that Germany, Britain and Italy have agreed to raise the blockade as soon as the agreement is concluded with Mr Bowen. Germany admits that the guarantee offered by Mr Bowen is not inadequate. New York, Jan 27. American official opinion expect Britain to distinctly disavow the Germans’ reckless violence.
Certain American banks are disposed to advance to Venezuela sufficient to enable the raising of the blockade. It is unofficially stated that Mr Bowen ofl’ers 30 per cent of the Cu toms rccupts at Puerto Cabello and La Gu .yro, to be collected by a joint committee of the Powers concerned. The British Naval authorities at La Guuyra report that the blockade was raised on Wednesday.
