THE ENGLISH CRICKETERS
(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Nelson, Jan 26. The English Cricketers arrived last night after a rainy trip from Blenheim. They were welcomed by the Mayor and a large concourse in epite of the downpour. Warner and Whatman are tbe guests of Percy Adams, while tbe others are at the Masonic Hotel. Stanningsand Williams did not arrive but come by steamer to-day. Dowson and Bosanquet have gone fishing. They jointhe team at Christchurch. The team is to •be entertained at a drive and luncheon to-day. The match begins to-morrow.
