The Labor Problem.

Mr Chamberlain, speaking at the Johannesburg banquet, suggested that tha Imperial Government should appoint a Eoyal Commission to investigate the labor question. His expectations regarding his reception were fully realised. He was much impressed with his interviews with leading Boers and just and generous treatment would remove all animosities and prejudices. The virile qualities of their laro brave opponents would be the strength of the nation.
