GREY MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Monday, January 18ts, (SBefore R. S. Hawkins, Esq., S.M.) j. Duncan v. R. Armstrong. Application for securities of the psf.ee. No appearance of defendant. Plaintiff stated that defendant originally owned a paddock which his wife bought from the moctagee. Plaintiff put his horsss in the paddock but Armstrong turned them out, at the same time threatening to shoot plaintiff it he put them in again. He had given defendant notice to quit. His Worship dismissed the information owing to an informality, and ordered a fresh one to be laid, to be heard on Monday next.' . , C. Parfitt v.W, Pollock. Claim for £2 3s 7d for goods supplied. Judgment by default with costs. Mr Joyce asked for immediate execution. Mr Guinness opposed. After discussion the Magistrate refused the application.
