RITTEN TENDERS will be received at this office until NOON of MONDAY, the 6th January, 1902, for the sole right of displaying automatic machines at stations on the following sections of the New Zealand Government railways, with their extensions, for a period of three years from Ist April, 1902 Northern (comprising Kawakawa, Whangarei, Kaihu, and Auckland Sections), Wellington-Napier-New Plymouth, Hurunui-Bluff, and West Coast (comprising Westland, Westport, Nelson, and Pictcn Sections). They must be addressed to the General Manager, New Zealand Government Railways, Wellington, and marked outside “Tender for Eight of displaying Automatic Machines,” and must also be accompanied by a marked cheque on some bank for the specified amount, in favour of the Receiver-General’s Deposit Account only, and not to bearer or order.
