I _^3SS3!SC I ' THE WOKKERS’ COMPENSATION ACT, 1901, INVOLVES Employers in the following Liability, payable by them for personal injuries caused by Accident, “ arising out of and in course of Employment,” viz; — For FATAL ACCIDENT— Three Years Wages. Minimum Liabilit. £200; maximum £4OO. For TOTAL or PARTIAL DISABLE MENT—(After the Second Week) —Compensatioi at the rate of Half Wages, such paymen' [ not to exceed £2 per week, up to a’ aggregate £3OO. In addition to the above Employer are liable under The Employers Liability Acts, viz—Death up to 3 years’ wages; maximum £SOO. Disablement, full wage and damages up to a sum equal to 3 year wages; maximum £SOO. Also Compensation or Damages undei The Common Law, thus —Employers wil now be practically LIABLE for al Accidents.
