THE WOEKEES’ COMPENSATION [ ACT, 1601, INVOLVES Employers in the following Liability, payable by them for personal injuries caused by Accident, “ arising out of and in course of Employment,” viz:— For FATAL ACCIDENT— Three Years Wages. Minimum Liabilit. £200; maximum £4OO. For TOTAL or PAETIAL DISABLE MENT—(After the Second Week) —Compensatioi at the rate of Half Wages, such pay men' not to exceed £2 per week, up to a’ aggregate £3OO.

In addition to the above Employer are liable under The Employers Liabilit, Acts, viz—Death up' tc 2 years’ wages; maximum £SOO. Disablement, full wage and damages up to a sum equal to 3 year wages; maximum £SOO. Also Compensation or Damages undei The Common Law, thus —Employers wil now be practically LIABLE for al Accidents.
