GREY MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
(Before Dr. M’Brearty J.P.)
W, Crowley, alias E. Crowley, was charged with being an idle and disorderly person, and having no visible means of support.
A number of witnesses gave evidence as to the manner in which the accused had been trying fee obtain moss; at various places and npoa varies* pretents. Accused's prsvloas record was a had one having beet several times convicted, making in all 6 years H months Id dars in goaf. The Bench said that it would he wrong to treat accused heacntlj and sentenced him to two months imprisonment with hard labor.
