(per press association.) Dairy Produce Export. Wellington, This Day. The largest shipment of dairy produce yet sent from the colony goes by the Tongariro to-day viz: —48,187 packags of butter, equal to 970 tons, and 2,586 packages of cheese equal to 108 tons. The Dairy Commission er testifies that the average quality of butter is better than that of any previous large shipment Taranaki is the largest contributor, and Wellington next.
