It is expected that the formal opening will take place shortly after the Now Year when the Wellington directors will be present.
The official opening of the Maori Gully dredge will take place to-morrow. The No Town Crbkk dredge is expected to start dredging on Thursday, but as it will take some considerable time to open up a face, no returns can be expected till after the New Tear.
