Melbourne, Deo 10 Laurierhas cabled to Barton : The Canadian Government proposes to meet reprseentatives of tho Australian and New Zealand Governments in London next year, or at some other convenient time to consider trade, postal, cable and other matters, and trust the Government cooperative Barton has replied agreeing to the proposal.
