Registered letters at 5 pm, Money orders at 4 p m on 16th Dec smber, 1901. Due in London on January 18th. The postage to Samoa is 2Jd per soz for the present and not Id as previously announced. Mails for Christchurch timed to close on Tue day, 24th December, will now be elssed at 9 a m on Monday 23rd December.
