The abovo company appeared for a second time- at the Opera Houso last night to a good audience, when the drama of "Kings Evidence" was excollently staged tho various characters being faithfully portrayod, causing a tension on tho nerves of tho audience that -poke volumes of tho capacity of tho actors. To-night tho Company appear in their best soloction of "Private Beorotary" a comody that never tali in drawing largo and appreciative audioucos when it is known that tho characters arc to bo ropresoutod by actors of ability.
