PAROA HOSPITAL COMMITTEE
A meeting of the Paroa Hospital Committee was held in the Faroa school house on the 26th last, which was largely attended. This result was deemed satisfactory as the entertainment was hastily got up. Carried.
Proposed by Mr Keith and seconded by Mr McGowan that a vote of thanks be accorded to Mr Byrne, who worked heartily and left nothing undone to make the ball a success.
