The public arc r< quested to note that the postage on newspapers to the United Kingdom" is id for first 4 ounces, and Id for every additional 2oz. If more than one paper is enclosed t hey will be charged as for separate papers. Papers insufficiently prepaid wdl bo charged double the deficiency.

The Janet Nicoll leaves Dunedin tomorrow via usual ports for Grey. The Wainui leaves Wellington tomorrow via usual ports for Grey arriving and sailing on Friday.
