Three Children Burned to Death.

(I‘EK PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Watpawa, Nov 24. Further particulars of the Teaute fire, shows that Mrs Edwards and an other Maori woman, and font children were sleeping in the wharc. They left a candle burning which fell on the mats. An old woman escaped and Mrs Edwards got out with a baby, but efforts to rescue the othei-s were unavailing. The eldest, a girl named Maria aged 10, was evidently suffocated, and was lying in the bed. A boy narmed Tepouaka. aged 3?. years, and a girl named Pepe aged 2 years, were found near the door.
