For Westport per Chas Edward at 9am to-morrow. For Wellington per Dingadee at 3 p m to-morrow. Mails for United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, and United States of America via San Francisco close here on Tuesday 26th November, at 9 am. The public are requested to note that the postage on newspapers to the United Kingdom is Id for first 4 ounces, and id for every additional 2oz. IE more than one paper is enclosed they will be charged as for separate papers. Papers insufficiently prepaid Will be charged double the deficiency.
