Private Nathaniel PatersoD, 7th New Zealanders, died of enteric at Newcastle. Lieut Hall, of the Bedfordshire Mounteds. chased and captured 10 Boers at Vlakfontein.

Barker in a fortnight cleared Bethlehem district, bringing 80 to Winburg, after some small and obstinate skirmishes, during which 17 were captured near Harrisinith.

Brvssbls, Nov 19. Advices state that Mrs Steya and five ohildren have been deported.
