Royal Titles. London, November 18. It is understood that the King at the Coronation adds to the Duke of Fife's title the semi-Royal one of the Duke of Inverness. Reform in Morocco. The Sultan of Morocco gave audience to a Times correspondent. The latter describes the Sultan as being anxious to institute reform but his advisers obstruct him. Britain and America. New York. November 18. The Lotos Club of New York entertained Mr. Choate. The friendship of England and America was the key note of the gathering. Mr. Choate in his speech said that knowing both he predicted that any possible question could be harmoniously and honestly adjusted. Ex-Speaker Reed said that there was no country for which Americans cherished such tenderness as the old homeland.
