Campbell who already stands committed for trial for outraging a girl at Qneanbeyan, has also been identified by the victim of the Glebe outrage, as her assailant.
The Federal Tariff. In the House of Representatives Mr Kingston refused to be drawn, as to the probable changes in the tariff. The Government are still considering the suggested alterations. There will bo no alteration in narcotics or stimulants. The Speaker has ruled that private members con’d move an increase in duties. Australian Products.
Mr Forest on behalf of the Commonwealth makes representations to the Imperial Government in favour of shipping Australian products to the army in South Africa and elsewhere.
Westralian Ministry. Perth, Nov 13.
Leake informed the Assembly that the Governor had refused to grant a dissolution of the Ministry, and they wiil resign to-morrow.

In the Assembly the Premier intimated that ho intended to drop the Constitution Bill and introduce a fresh Bill, reducing the members of the Assembly to eighty, and the Council to forty. Adelaide, Nov 13.
The Assembly Bill reducing the number of members of the Assembly to fortytwo with a Cabinet of four Ministers, and the Council to eighteen, was passed in committee.
