Flying —Blackwing 1, King Edward 2, Detonator 3. Scratched—Bowman and Queenie. Time, 118 3-5. Divs, £4 and £1 4s 6d.

Morton Memorial Stakes—Fair Jess 1, Killarney 2, Hardwick 3. Scratched — Siandra and King Edward. Time, 15. Divs, £9 12s 6d and £1 16s.

Cup—Legion of Honor 1, Elusion 2, Hautonga 3. All started. Won on the post by a neck. Time, 2 50. Divs, £2 11s and 18s 6d. Duke of York Stakes—Black wing 1, Hardwork 2, King Edward 3. Fair Jess, Moreen and Retrieve were scratched. Time, 131 i. Divs, £2 17s Gd and £5 16s 6d.

The attendance at the Winton races was not so good as last year. The weather was dull and cold, and hail fell towards the close of the meeting. The tote put through £1,419 against £1,860 for the same day last year. Results:
