Live Stock Report. Mark Sprot and Co report their sale at Arahura yesterday as follows The entry of beef consisted of 80 local cattle of good quality. A number of northern buyers were present and materially helped the competition. Current rates were maintained and we cleared the whole of the entry at prices varying up to £l2 os for best bullocks; £lO medium do. Owing to the Hooded state of the rivers the usual entry of sheep was not to band. The extreme prices fetched by the few yarded are no criterion of current values. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.] Received this day at 9 18 a.m. London. November 5. Copper on spot is at £6O los; three months, £64 17s 6d. Tin on spot is quoted at £lO7 10s.
