S. Osborne, charged with drunkenness, was convicted and fined 10s, or seven days’ imprisonment. Shellback Company v. C. Fryer. Claim for £52 10s for calls due. Mr Hannan for plaintiff. Judgment by default with costs.
D. M'Lean v. Marsden No. 1 Gold Dredging Company. Claim for £O6 6s for goods supplied, Mr Hannan for plaintiff. Adjourned for a week.
