Tuesday, October 29th,
G. Bunker was charged with refusing to quit licensed premises—the Wavorley Hotel—with assaulting Sergeant Shirley, breakage of glass to the value of 2s, and on? bottle to the value of 63, and with drunkenness.
On the first charge the Magistrate inflicted a fine of 10', second 10', third Is, and damages Bs, and on the fourth ss. C. August, charged with drunkenness, was convicted and fined ss,
H. Gibson, charged with unmention able offence, was committed for trial.
