Monday, Octobbk 28th. (Before E, S. Hawkins Esq., S.M.) DRUNKENNESS. A first, offender charged with drunkenness was convicted and fined os. D. M'Davitt, charged with a similar offence, was convicted and fined 15s. CIVIL CASES. T. W. Tymons v. A. Phelan. Claim for £2 9s for goods supplied. Judgment for plaintiff by default with costs 10s. J. Dinan v. P. Fmdley Claim for £1 lis 7d for goods supplied. Judgment for £1 9s lOd.
E. Parker v. K. Brown. Claim for £5 lis 2d Judgment for plaintiff by default with costs. J. M'Fie v. G. Gilbertson. Claim for £3l 7s 2d (judgment summons). Mr Wake for plaintiff and Mr Hannan for defendant. No order made. E. Parker v. E. Johnston. Claim for £3 Is Id. Mr Coatcs for plaintiff and Mr Hannan for defendant. Evidence was given by plaintiff and defendant, after which the Magistrate non-suited plaintiff. Tuesday, Octobee 29. (Before Messrs M'Brearty and Lord, J. P's.) NO VISIBLE MEANS OF SUPPORT. A. Collins was charged on remand with having no visible means of support. The accused did not appear. The Bench j decided to further adjourn the case for a week
