Arthur J. Yogan, an Australian scout, who was captured by Scheepers, is recovering.
Major Holmes captured Commandan David Marais at Eeitolei on the first.
A small commando appearing at Saldonlia Bay, the resident agent boarded a passing steamer and signalled a gunboat which shelled and dispersed he Boers.
