E. Murray v, Hildebrand and Co, This was an appeal from the decision of Mr Hawkins. H.M. in connection with the sale of goods to s.s. Gertie. Mr Hannan for appellant and Mr Wake for respondent. His Honor remitted (ho case back to the Magistrate for re-statemonf. Applications for probate in tbs estate of M. Williamson ; and letters of administration in the estate of M. Delaney were, on the motion of Mr Hannan, granted.
