A deputation representative of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union from all parts of the State, asked the Premier to push on the Women’s Suffrage Bill rejected by th£ Council. See promised to reintroduce the measure and make every effort to pass it. Good Crops. „ Mebbouene, Oct 14. The best October rains for years have fallen, and the prospects of all cereal crops is good.
