Beuter’s Agency reports that orders bare been received by the military authorities at Peshawar to immediately mobi lise two field hospitals. No explanation having been vouchsafed the.message is variously commented upon. Soma minimise the importance of the incident, and attribute it to the usual tribal troubles and spasmodic raids in north-west frontier aud having no connection wi h Afghanistan question. Omar Jan. the late Ameer’s youngest son is understood to have influenced his brothers to secretly leave Kabul.
