The following circular has been issued to shareholders of the Totara Flat Gold Dredging Company: As only a few of the reserve shares were applied for, your Directors deemed it advisable not to allot any at present, but to now offer to the Shareholders (pro rata with their holding) £2,000 of Debentures, bearing interest at the rate of ten per centum per annum, and redeemable at the option of the Company at any time after four months from date of issue. These Debentures will be secured on the Cfampany’s property and Dredge.
