TALL SURGICAL OPERATION.

The following tall story comes to us from the North: —

A gentleman in the act of shaving himself one morning was startled by a sudden noise.

Result—The razor slipped and cut off the whole tip of his nose.

He dropped the razar in/)* hurry, and in falling it cut off the top of Ms great toe.

Ho yelled for assistance and knowing the necessity for immediate action, .found the pieces, clapped one on to his nose and the other on his great toe.

A young lady attending some ambulance classes volunteered her assistance, and bound up the wounded members with medicated lint, etc.
