The Cook Islands’ Government Bill No 2, which displaces the previous measure, contains a provision empowering the Governor to appoint parts of' the islands, and only parts for the pntry of ships and landing of goods. To prohibit absolutely or partially the importation of munition of war, intoxicating liquors, opium, or any articles likely to be injurious to the inhabitants.
