Under the Produce Exports Bill, provision is made for a place for storing products prior to export. The products are not to be exported till a certificate has been obtained and a penalty of £SO is provided for destroying inspectors’ brands, making false statements, etc. Power is given to the Governor-in-Council to appoint inspectors or graders from time to time. Poes are Recoverable from flaxmillers to" meet graders’ expenses.
