The White Pino Timber Company, of New Zealand, Ltd, has been registered in Auckland. The objects of the Company are to carry on business of sawmillers, timber merchants, etc. The names of the first seven shareholders are :—William Morris, sawrailler, of Greymouth; Edmund A. Wiekcs, agent of Greymouth ; William Butler, timber merchant, of Greymouth ; Joseph Butler, timber merchant, of Auckland; Edward J. Mitehelson, merchant, of Auckland; L. J. Bagnall, merchant, of Turns; Q, C. Bagnall, manager, of Auckland. It is estimated that tliorc are about 2000 gnats running w.ld on Sinclair’s station in P Jiiser Bay.
