I HEREBY give notice that by virtue of a Warrant of Distress issued out of the above Court in the above named Suit, I have seized the following property of the above named Defendant Company —One mining claim in No Town Creek known as “ Bignell’s No Town Gold Dredging Company, Limited ” and about 30,000 feet (more or less) of Red Pine and hard wood timber, part at the No Town Road Railway Station, and part in the bed of the No Town Creek near the halt-way-house No Town Road. And I further give not'ce that I will sell the above named property ’by AUCTION near the half-way-house No Town Road at 11 30 am on FRIDAY, the 4th day of October, 1901, unless the said Warrant and expenses be then or sooner satisfied.
