Johnston charged with breach of railway bye-laws, was fined 10s and 7s costs. The application for committal of three children to the Industrial School, was, on the application of the Inspector, withdrawn.
J. C. Gittos v. The Mahinapua. Gold Dredging Company, Claim for £22 19s 9d, for goods supplied. Judgement by default with costs.
Petrie and Co. v. G. Wylde. Claim for £l4 us 3d on promisory note. Judgement by default with costs. T Tymons v‘. C Curtain. Claim for £1 10s for goods supplied. Judgment by default with costs. J Dinan v. B Hans. Claim for £2 11s 6d for goods supplied. Judgment by default with costs.
A case Dispatch Foundry v. J Delaney was, on the application of Mr Joyce adjourned for a week. An application for an Old Age Pensions was granted for £lB.
