Wellington, This Day. Argument was heard in the Supreme Court case Moore and others v. Public Trustee—a claim for pensions on the fund raised after the Brunner disaster, which had been stopped on plaintiffs remarrying. Mr Guinness for plaintiifs claimed that the provisions of the deed under which the Public Trustee acted had not been completed with, as the Board had nbt been Consulted. Judgment was deferred.
