TOTARA FIAT DREDGING COMPANY.
The following circular* has been issued by Mr George Boss, -secretary to the Totara Flat Gold Dredging Company:—
Your directors have to advise shareholders that owing to the contracts for the dredge having exceeded the original estimates it has now become necessary ta issue the reserve shares (1060), and I have been instructed to offer them in the first instance at par to the present shareholders, on Elbe following terms;—Two shillings per share, on application, eight shillings per share cn allotment, and ten shillings per share payable on Ist November, 1901. i Should you desire to take up any of these shares, please send me your application, on form attacked so as to reach me not later than 28th inst. The : directors trust that shareholders will respond tesdily to this invitation to increase their holding in the Company. The dredge should be completed and at work by the middle of October.
