Assassination of President M‘Kinley.

Washington, September 17. The Grand Jury found a true bill against Czolgosz, and he will be tried next week. He refused to plead and was assigned two counsel.
Sydney, September 17. The Victorian, Tasmanian and Queensland Parliament adopted votes of condolence to M’Kinley and adjourned. Wellington, September 17. In the House this afternoon the Premier moved that a respectful address bo presented to His Excellency the Governor, requesting His Excellency to convey to the American Government the expression of-indignation of the House of Representatives at the dastardly assassination of President McKinley, and of their deep sympathy with Mrs. McKinley and the American people in their affliction and irreparable loss.
A similar resolution was carried in the Legislative Council on the motion of the Minister of Education,
